About Dr. Sumit Jain
Dr. Sumit Jain was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, IL where he completed his Bachelor of Biology degree with summa cum laude distinction at Benedictine University. He then completed medical school at Rush Medical College and anesthesiology residency at the University of Chicago. Dr. Jain then continued training in his Interventional Pain Management fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. During fellowship, he learned to treat a wide variety of pain disorders using a multidisciplinary approach. Dr. Jain is looking forward to the opportunity to serve Northwest Indiana.
Outside of work I like to enjoy gardening, playing tennis/golf, riding my bike around Lake Michigan, and spending time with my family and friends.
